Team arrival/setup 2:45 P.M.; 3:00 team warmup; 3:15 coaches' meeting; 3:50 national anthem, 4:00 first race of the meet.

6:00PM: Co-Ed Middle School (2.5 K for 6th thru 8th grade only)

A couple of notes from the meet host:

• If spectators want to access different festivities on the farm, there will be a cost to do so and wrist bands provided. All athletes and spectators need to avoid any areas of Dehn Pumpkin Patch not associated with the meet itself.

• Varsity will be up to 10 runners and other races UNLIMITED. 

• 3/8 spike inserts would be appropriate for this course.

• It is ideal, if bus can enter from the east to allow kids off, without them needing to cross the road. Team camps will be directly across the driveway from the starting line
• The course is overall firm and dry, there is about 200 meter run on gravel driveway.
• Slight update to course map
• It will be a warmer day and shade is minimal on the course.  There will be a water spigot available for water as needed.
• There will be 10  porta potties spread out  on site 
• Driving directions: There may be construction in the area. There are two options for routes to get to Dehn’s, from the south you will have to head into industrial part of Rogers and then cut over.
