2025 Cross Country Team Store

Hi Team,

Here you go! Please read this carefully so you can make good choices, and remember, all is optional.

We work to find affordable options considering our relatively small volume, but we understand it adds up. We coaches also believe that ownership and investment in your sport and your "stuff" is a good thing, so we therefore encourage our student-athletes to help their parents pay for wanted items. ;) If our own kids need money, they can get a job, pick manure out of the pastures for $X/load, etc. laugh

Make sure you have proper running shoes first--before the season starts!
See Team Handbook for guidelines. If you've been wearing yours for anything other than running, it's time for an upgrade.

Important points:

  1. The store will close Thursday night, July 31, 2025, at 11:59 P.M.
    No exceptions. Do not wait until the last minute!
  2. Clothing definitions.
    • Racing uniforms (singlet and shorts) are team property.
    • Warmups (sweats) and everything else in the Team Store are optional purchases and yours to keep.
  3. Speaking of team uniforms: make sure to sign up for a racing uniform try-on time when the SignUpGenius becomes available (see links on Team Calendar), or you will have to guess at your size, and happiness is not guaranteed. :D
  4. Garment sizing can be tricky.
    Your best bet for actual product measurements is to search for the item on the manufacturer websites and compare those measurements to items you already own. There are general size charts on the online order form, but don't put too much stock in those. Otherwise, take a look at what last year's athletes have on hand.
  5. Adding names (extra $ per item). Recommended!
    Each item's description explains where the name will be positioned. Most choose last names, but there are certainly exceptions on some items. {Shrug.} Personal preference, really. This is basically insurance for not being taken home by another team member. Otherwise find a foolproof way to put your name on each item (sharpie on a tag, embroidered initials inside, etc.)

Product notes:

  • Team sweatshirts (charcoal) and pants (black--your choice of styles).
    • Embroidered twill sweatshirts are a highly popular item. Please read the garment measurements carefully (see above) and/or ask a teammate if you can try on theirs.
    • Midweight hoodies are screen printed.
    • Sweatpants (black): Pants are roomy (long rise/crotch), so the inseams are shorter than a pair of jeans.
    • Training pant (black): These are a stretchy polyester fabric with a long zipper at the ankle. For  sizing/specs, visit BadgerSport.com.
  • Softstyle *and* performance fabric T-shirts (black and NEW lighter gray colors).
    These are available with long or short sleeves in adult and youth sizes (good for younger siblings!).
  • Tanks in ladies' and men's styles.
  • NEW Hooded tees. Adult/men's and ladies' styles. See ssactivewear.com.
  • SeriesX Jacket
    There are men's and women's styles. AugustaSportswear.com.
  • 1/4-zip pullover shirt (colorblock red or black).

  • Fleece zip jackets (black). [DISCONTINUED]
    These are a non-sport-specific item (just "Northwest Nighthawks" vs. "Nighthawk Track & Field"). We think of these as more for casual wear and not so much for practices (black is not visible when running on roads) nor team-uniform/clothing for meets (go red), although for really cold meet days when you need every layer possible... We thought these ran big, presumably so you'd have room for layers. For sizing/specs, visit SanMar.com.
  • Shorts (black). There are adult/men's and ladies' styles.

  • Bags.
    • Drawstring bags (with zippered pocket and water bottle holder) have been very popular.
    • Large gear bags are popular and hold a ton of stuff.
  • Hats, etc. Self explanatory. 

Stickers and window clings are available from the coaches and are being sold separately as a fundraiser.
