Arrive plenty earlier to park, warm up, etc.

They have changed the course to run past City Hall, along the parade route, etc. See map on their website.
It's currently routed to be a bit long, so have fun and don't worry about your time.

Afterwards, you can hang out for the activities at Settlers Park and/or walk over to the parade.
