Bring:

• Paperwork. 2025 Track & Field printed forms <--Click here if you need to reprint it (SINCLE SIDED please). :)
  All forms and fees are due at the meeting and subject to a $50 late fee. See late fee policy here.
  Sports Physicals and Asthma Action Plans are also due at the meeting.

All students and at least one parent must attend the meeting.
If you absolutely cannot attend, you must meet in person before the meeting with the Athletic Director to sign your group paperwork.
Note: Thursday - Saturday and Tuesday 1/9-11, 14 are unavailable for this.
You are responsible for the information presented, so make sure someone in your family is taking good notes!
