Meet entires have been slightly altered per yesterday's practice discussions. See team googledrive for current meet grid.
2:15 arrival/setup (team meeting in parking lot); 2:30 enter facility for team warmup and camp setup;
3:10 spectator entry time; 3:15 coaches' meeting, 3:30 events begin.
This meet starts earlier than most due to not having stadium lights.
As usual, please let us know at least 3 full days in advance if you cannot attend or arrive on time as this will affect entries.
Parents: please monitor your younger kiddos (including cross country JH team members). See highlighted note below. This is an ongoing issue with our team siblings at this meet, especially on the backstretch section of the track. Please find a different place to cheer so the coaches and/or host does to not have to intervene. Thank you!

Key notes from the host:
- Pets are not allowed on the ISM campus.
- Parking is limited on campus – See site layout for parking restrictions and team camp locations.
- Please leave balls and frisbees at home and leave the pinecones on the ground:)
- No climbing or hanging on the white staircases to the track or the retaining wall.
- Our host school will be charging admission for spectators.

- NOTES FOR TEAM MEMBERS AND YOUNGER SIBLINGS:
- Staircases at the back of school – Students like to climb and hang on the white staircases near the
track. This is to be highly discouraged. - Pinecones – Please discourage the students from throwing pinecones at each other or at the building.
- Retaining Wall – Hanging and playing on the retaining wall around the track. This happens at every meet and it's not allowed for obvious reasons.
