  All forms and fees are due at the meeting. See late fee policy here.
  Sports Physicals and Asthma Action Plans are also due at the meeting.
• All students and at least one parent must attend the meeting.
  If you absolutely cannot attend, you must meet in person before the meeting with the Athletic Director to sign your group paperwork.
  You are responsible for the information presented, so make sure someone in your family is taking good notes!
