***ALLOW TIME TO DROP OFF RUNNERS, PARK OFFSITE, AND TAKE SHUTTLE TO COURSE.
ONSITE PARKING FOR COACH EQUIPMENT VAN AND TEAM TENT ONLY.***
Team tent transporter: Check in at the front gate with Rockford staff/AD, who has a list of officials, workers, schools, golfers/tee times.
Shuttles begin around 2:15 P.M.-7:00 P.M. (later if needed) and run every 10-15 minutes.
Runners driving themselves: Other options include (1) pay ***in advance*** for limited $15 parking passes or (2) arrange carpools from the lot to drive you to the site and drop you off.
Post-race team meeting will be held near the shuttle pickup so we're sure to get rides back.

Changes for 2026 Meet:
1. Parking by Clubhouse is Reserved. Handicapped parking with permit. Coach van and team tent parking only.
VIP parking pass can be purchased for $15 until sold out.

2. FREE Off-Site Shuttle Parking will be at Corcoran Lions Park with spectators transported to Shamrock Golf Course entrance for drop-off and pick-up to return to the shuttle lots.
3. MSHSL Races will be Rising Stars/C-Squad (7th and 8th Grade), Emerging Varsity/Junior Varsity, and Championship/Varsity so if your program has a separate Junior High and High School team, athletes in 7th and 8th grade would be competing in a MSHSL race C-Squad race
4. Youth Community Run will be a non-MSHSL race for grades K-6th grade, be approximately 1600m, hand-timed, and run after the completion of the Varsity/MSHSL Races
NOTES FROM THE HOST: GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE
We are fortunate to be guests of Shamrock Golf Club and are thankful to have them as willing hosts for our meet. Please respect the golf course by following some of these basic guidelines:
1. Restrooms – Available via port-o-potties (Please do NOT use Clubhouse for Restrooms)
2. Camp Areas – Please set-up camp areas between the 9th and the 1st holes and remove all trash when leaving for the buses
3. Bus Parking – Bus parking is reserved in the main parking lot by clubhouse and Shamrock employees will assist drivers to maximize space for smooth entry/exit. Additional bus parking may be done remotely at the Maple Grove Hy-Vee Grocery Store
4. Tee Boxes and Greens – Please avoid tee boxes, greens, and bunkers/sand
