UPDATE: All junior highers will be running Lefty unless we have individually discussed with you otherwise!
No need to sign up. :)

All races are 5000m

• Some will compete (all JV/JH and Section alternates), and others (Section runners) will have a workout beginning at 3:00 P.M.
• We will let you know closer to the date whether you will be running Lefty or Sections.

Practice attendance requirements may change for Lefty/Sections week (some athletes may be OYO or off Tuesday/Wednesday, stay tuned).
STILL REQUIRED: Final practice on Friday, October 24. :)

Team arrival/setup 2:45 P.M.; Team warmup 3:00 P.M., coaches' meeting 3:30, first race 4:00.
Fair warning: this is a big meet with lots of teams. Lot parking is very limited, so alert your later-arriving spectators to expect to search for spaces on crowded side streets.
